When can I expect the order after payment?

We do everything possible to ship the package the same day. It is possible that due to the rush, the package may not be shipped until the following day.

Delivery time in Belgium is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time in the Netherlands is 3 to 7 business days. In all other European countries, the delivery time is 7 working days.

How can I see if a product is in stock?

Occasionally a product may be out of stock. When this is the case, it will be indicated on the product page. It then says “product currently out of stock.

Should this product be part of your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to work out a solution together!

The product shows defects after delivery, now what?

Should the product be damaged and/or defective upon delivery, we encourage you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible (no later than 14 days).

I want to return the product. Are the shipping costs for my account?

You pay your own shipping costs for returning the product. The return address is on the shipping ticket tacked to your package. Always send an email to before incurring unnecessary expenses.

How do I receive my receipt?

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing the order. Did you not receive the email? Then check your junk mail because you may well find the order confirmation there.

Will I receive the same product as shown in the picture?

Theoretically, yes! Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date.
